Protest.

Modest.

Slammed dinner plates on kitchen table.

Protest.

Ugliest.

Joined with thousands, attack the umpire.

Protest.

Angriest.

Murdabad, dangled effigy at rope’s end.

Protest.

Loudest.

Zindabad, garland the mob’s hollow hero.

Protest.

Quietest.

Plaintive eyes of hurt emotion.

Protest.

Gentlest.

Poop in nappy, wanting change.

Protest.

Silenced.

Prisoner, refugee, mouths stitched shut by apathy.
